Attend Kindred Circle meetings
Kindred circle meetings are currently held on a fortnightly basis. Meeting times are posted on the Facebook Action Networkunder events. (Children are welcome)
Steering Group Meetings : Kindred has an inner Steering Group made up of 8 people who direct the group and hold Kindred to it's mission statement. This group meets 8 times each year, with additional meetings as needed in the lead up to events or actions. The Steering Group communicates continuously outside of these meetings through a private social media group.Read more
Organise an awareness-raising event
Awareness-raising events can be held within your school, community group or workplace.
Previous events organised by Kindred members include developing and implementing curriculum for a local primary school during Refugee Week, and organising a candlelight vigil to coincide with a national day of action.Read more
